MINUTES of the Meeting held in the Executive Room, Swale House, East Street, Sittingbourne on Wednesday 21st April 2010 from 2:00 pm to 2:13 pm.

Present: Mr Robert Nunn (Chairman (Independent Member)), Councillor Pat Sandle and Parish Councillor Lloyd Bowen.

905	consideration of complaint no. sbc 0004/09 The Monitoring Officer introduced his report which set out a complaint referred from the Standards Assessment Sub-Committee to the Director of Corporate Services/Monitoring Officer for investigation about a possible breach of the Code of Conduct. The Monitoring Officer explained that the confidential annex to the report set out the Investigation Officer's report on the matter.
906	exclusion of the press and public RESOLVED: (1) That under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, as amended, the press and public be excluded from the meeting for the following item of business on the grounds that it involves the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

907	consideration of complaint no. sbc 0004/09 The Sub-Committee determined that it accepted the Investigation Officer's report that there was no breach of the Code of Conduct by the member in question. RESOLVED: (1) That there was no breach of the Code of Conduct.
